การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
เมื่อเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์ เข้าสู่ระบบ เพิ่มบอท หรือใช้ฟีเจอร์ใด ๆ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้บริการและนำบอทออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่คุณดูแล
บริการและการเปลี่ยนแปลงฟีเจอร์

These terms apply to the website, Dashboard, and use of the 2RD Bot bot. Please read them before adding the bot or enabling features in a Discord server.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing the website, signing in, adding the bot, or using any feature, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and remove the bot from servers you manage.
The service and feature changes
The service may include a Dashboard and features such as Reaction Roles, Welcome/Leave/Boost messages, Auto Moderation, temporary voice rooms, notifications, and message-building tools. Available features may change depending on the version, configuration, and availability of external services.
Accounts and server permissions
You must use a valid Discord account and have appropriate permissions to sign in or manage a server. You are responsible for the security of your account and device and for activity performed through your account. Server administrators must ensure they are authorized to add the bot and grant the required permissions.
Configuration and automated actions
Server administrators are responsible for channel, role, message, notification, button, moderation, and automation settings they enable. Some features may send messages, manage roles, create or manage voice rooms, or act on messages according to configured rules. Test and review settings and bot permissions before using them in production.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, spam or service disruption, unauthorized access to accounts or systems, bypassing access controls, or activity that creates risk for users, servers, or service infrastructure.
User content and intellectual property
You remain responsible for messages, images, links, embeds, and other content you submit or save through the service, including having the right to use that content. Use of the service does not grant ownership of its software, trademarks, or other elements unless expressly stated.
Third-party services
Some functionality depends on Discord, YouTube, or other third-party providers, each of which has its own terms and availability. We do not control their changes, outages, or decisions. Your use must also comply with the terms of the relevant platforms.
Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Maintenance, outages, data loss, or unexpected feature behavior may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension or termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary for security, to prevent misuse, or to comply with applicable legal or platform requirements. You may stop using the service and remove the bot from servers where you have the required permissions.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date appears on this page. Continued use after a revision is published indicates awareness of the updated terms. For questions, contact the operator through the service’s official channels.
